For years I've used Metamucil, but while flavorful it came sweetened either with real sugar or some substitute. Finding this has been a blessing for me since I want to cut back on sugar. Also since it is pure psyllium I can be assured that I'm not ingesting many other unnecessary ingredients. I've been very pleased.
