Our raw Black Sesame Seeds are more rich in flavor than white sesame seeds. Used on fish, salads, breads, and sauces. It is a prominent ingredient in Asian dishes as well. They are rich in manganese, copper, calcium, and iron. These black sesame seeds are unhulled.

Dark and mysterious. Such a nice change for garnishing a meal with the same nutty flavor as the white. A 1 pound bag lasts me a very long time but I like that they don't go rancid. At least I have not had an issue with it, and in Florida humidity, that is a big PLUS.Gail, Belleview, FL
