This sesame seed makes a delicious tahini, just put in your coffee grinder, about 1/4 cup, then put that powdered tahini into your ground garbonzo beans, add a little oil, a little cumin powder, a pinch of something hot, and voila: hummus! So good every Friday night date nite.
