French Granulated Tapioca
French Granulated Tapioca is very small, fine, and white.
Ingredients: 1 qt. whole milk or 2% milk, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, 3 large eggs, 1/4 cup tapioca granules, 1/2 tsp vanilla.
Cooking Directions: In a heavy two-quart saucepan beat sugar, salt & eggs together well. Add milk & tapioca, mix well with the other ingredients. Over med. high heat bring almost to a boil. Stir constantly to avoid scorching. When it starts to thicken, remove from heat; add vanilla; chill.
