Hazelnuts contain nearly 91 percent monounsaturated fat and less than 4 percent saturated fat. Great quality, good bags to store in the freezer to keep freshness. We toast them first, then freeze them until needed. Great in our nutball cookies, with Frangelico to boost the hazelnut flavor.

Hazelnuts do the job! I do wish however, there were more dark chocolate covered hazelnuts in the bag! Also, I have big hands, and they don't fit in the thinner bags.
