People need to know about PINE NUT SYNDROME. Ordering "Pine nuts" or "Pignoli nuts" online for cheap prices gets you Chinese pine nuts. These can leave you with a metallic bitter taste in your mouth for weeks! Nuts.com Pingoli nuts are FINE and DO NOT CAUSE Pine Nut Syndrome!Jean, Freehold, NJ

I did not realize Mediterranean nuts are much softer than the other kids. There's just something about them that feels "off" to me, although some who like this attribute may like them more than the other kinds.Sarah, Lawrence Township, NJ

I will not buy pine nuts from anywhere except the Mediterranean area. I don’t mind paying the price for these delicious quality nuts.I know how labor intensive it is to harvest these which also drives the price up.Jill, Marquette, MI
