These are delicious, no bitterness and very fresh. I keep mine in the fridge to make them last longer and I like to eat a few cold. Made Chocolate Chip Cookies a few days after these arrived and these Walnuts really added tremendous flavor, a little crunch and texture. I highly recommend them!
