Real ice cream that never melts! This vanilla ice cream sandwich is freeze dried, crunchy, and never needs to go in the freezer. Similar to what astronauts eat in space, these freeze dried ice cream sandwiches are a real treat.
Because of the process involved in freeze drying ice cream, these will be individually wrapped in paper. The paper will have cuts in it. Freeze drying also causes the product to become extremely fragile. There will often be cracks in the bar and it could be broken into smaller chunks. Unfortunately, that is unavoidable.
