Oregon Blackberry Smoothie

Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup Fresh Blackberries
1 cup Milk (Cow, Soy, Rice)
1 tbsp Brown Flaxseeds Meal
1 tbsp Soy Protein Powder
1 tbsp Wheat Germ
1/2 Banana
5 Ice Cubes

Cooking Directions:
1.  Combine all ingredients in a blender and process on medium high speed until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy. Serves one.
