Incredibly tasty snack! As someone with low blood sugar (HypOglycemia), I need small meals or high protein snacks throughout my day to keep my blood sugar levels exactly where they need to be. These roasted, salted, Pepitas are truly, THEE perfect snack! I love them!

After buying roasted/salted pumpkin seeds for several years from a certain company, I was dismayed to find that they switched from US origin--to China. A quick web search found that most companies did not source in US--except nuts.com. I ordered a package and was very pleased. These are roasted in high-grade peanut oil vs. the dry roasting of the others and I was concerned about the taste, but I actually prefer these! (Also, for some reason these have slightly fewer calories. I would have thought the reverse.) I have since ordered several times and have been very happy with them every time. One small issue: they do not have expiry dates on packages. But they are fresh. Once opened, I keep in a sealed glass container and they keep for several weeks. I would definitely recommend--and will buy again.
