Use them when I make my whole wheat bread and my “no sugar no honey” muffins. I like variety in the grains and seeds when I bake. I enjoy the quality of everything I buy from nuts.com. In the area I live it’s hard to find the variety and quality I find here. They deliver quickly so I can plan to bake soon.

organic sunflower seeds - what is not to love. A small handful is added to my fruit bowl for breakfast. I am a very strict vegan and the sunflower seeds gives me more protein.
