I've incorporated raw cacao nibs and chia seeds into my daily diet, by combining two teaspoons chia seeds with two packs of instant apple cinnamon oatmeal. I combine one cup water and 1-2 Tbs of raw cacao nibs , zap for 4 min. in microwave till at a rolling boil, then combine with instant oatmeal and chia seeds. I like it hot or cold.
