Taro root powder mix is ideal for making sweet and creamy taro bubble tea, smoothies and other drinks. The flavor of taro root is very unique and comes from a starchy root similar to the potato. Some people describe taro root powder mix as having a sweet and nutty vanilla taste. Finally, you can enjoy the traditional flavor by making your own homemade milk tea and treats.
Taro Milk Tea Recipes
Taro Root Tea (16 oz.) – Into a BLENDER add: 5 oz of water or milk, 3 oz of taro powder and a full cup of ice (16 oz cup). Blend until smooth.
Iced Taro Root Tea (16 oz) – Into a CUP add: 2 oz of taro powder and 5 oz of hot water (stir until dissolved). Pour into a cup full of 14 oz of ice.
Shaken Cocktail (16 oz) – Into a COCKTAIL SHAKER add: 8 oz of water or milk, 3 oz of taro root powder and a full cup of ice (16 oz cup). Shake vigorously (about 20 seconds).
Hot Taro Root Tea (8 oz) – Into a CUP add: 2 oz of taro root powder and 6 oz of hot water or steamed milk (stir until dissolved). There are approximately 2 tablespoons per ounce.

Sugar, Non Dairy Creamer, (Coconut Oil, Corn Syrup Solids, Sodium Caseinate (a milk derivative), Sugar, Potassium Phosphate, Propylene Glycol Esters of Fatty Acids, Mono and Diglycerides, Sodium Silicoaluminate, Tricalcium Phosphate, Salt, Artificial Flavor) Non Fat Milk, Natural & Artificial Flavors, Tricalcium Phosphate. Packaged in the same facility as: Peanuts, Tree Nut, Wheat, Soy, Milk, Sesame, Fish, Shellfish, Egg, and Sulfites.

I made it using 3 tablespoons for a drink (~10 oz) and I thought it was delicious, though maybe still a little on the sweet side. Tasted really similar to the good taro bobas I've gotten from shops. I might try putting in even less in next time which should make the bag last longer at least :D
