Brown Rice, rinsed

Soy Grits (Defatted)

Heat water to boiling in medium pan and add rice, grits and salt. Reduce heat to low, cover tightly and let cook for 45 minutes. Remove pan from heat and allow to sit, covered for 10 minutes before serving.
Makes 4 servings.
