||Brown Rice, rinsed
||Soy Grits (Defatted)
|2 1/2 cups
||Heat water to boiling in medium pan and add rice, grits and salt. Reduce heat to low, cover tightly and let cook for 45 minutes. Remove pan from heat and allow to sit, covered for 10 minutes before serving.
Makes 4 servings.
Fine grain sea salt is obtained by the evaporation of sea water. Known for its great taste and texture, it is the perfect substitute for plain table salt.
