My favorite rice; very versatile; a slightly nutty flavor. The Nuts.com Basmati Rice is very clean; just a little bit of rinsing before soaking and cooking. I like to make dirty rice and the Organic Brown Basmati Rice works well in that recipe. Then, there is Red Beans and Rice, a nice meal on a cold winter's day I also make rice pudding occasionally. Another favorite way to use it is in Vietnamese cooking. Perfect companion for those flavorful dishes. And, of course, fried rice. Or just plain rice with a little Red Boat Fish Sauce and a little coconut cream. Yum!

Made this for the first time this week and it has a delicious nutty flavor. I had to figure out the cooking time myself as there are no instructions that come with this rice
