cup Shelled Pistachios |
Cooking Directions: |

Preheat oven to 375 F.

Mix shortening, butter, brown sugar, egg and vanilla.

Measure flour and mix with soda and salt; stir into butter mixture.
|

Coarsely chop pistachio meats and mix into dough.

5. |
Drop by spoonfuls 2" apart onto lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly browned.
