These pouches are everything. I use them to carry my breakfast and lunch which I prepare in the morning to work and they are perfect. Nice material on the inside, nice material on the outside plus the cutesy nuts pattern on the outside. One got destroyed and because two are a must have for me, I ordered another set and now I have three.
