Amaranth & Flax Bread for Bread Machine

Recipe Ingredients:
3 3/4 cup Organic Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Organic Amaranth Flour
1/4 cup Organ Golden Brown Flaxseeds Meal
4 tbsp Vital Wheat Gluten
1 1/2 tbsp Non-Fat Dry Milk Powder
1 tsp Sea Salt
2 tsp Active Dry Yeast
1 3/4 cup Water
3 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Cooking Directions:
1.  Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature before starting the bread machine.

2.  Follow your specific machine instructions for adding yeast and the liquid and dry ingredients in the proper order. Set the machine to the basic wheat setting. Turn on machine.

3.  Makes 13 Slices.
