frozen, thawed appled juice concentrate

buttermilk (or non-dairy milk)

oat bran

chopped apples or 1/2 cup apple sauce

whole hemp seeds

Cooking Directions: |

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 12 standard size muffin-pan cups.

Process hemp seeds in blender or food processor until coarsely ground.
|

Mix together dry ingredients.Mix together eggs, apple juice and milk.Stir dry ingredients into egg mixture until they are just moistened. Do not over mix.

Gently stir in chopped apples. Spoon bater into greased pan, filling cups 2/3 full.

Bake muffins about 25 minutes or until lightly golden and tops spring back when pressed.
