Recipe Ingredients: |

6 ounce packages chocolate chips |

13 ounce jar marshmallow cream |

tbsp vanilla |

cups sugar |
1/2 |
tsp salt |

13 ounce can condensed milk |
1/2 |
stick butter |
1 1/2 |
cups cup Black Walnuts |
Cooking Directions: |

Combine chips and marshmallow in large bowl and set aside.

Combine remaining ingredients except nuts in a large heavy saucepan and boil for 5 or 6 minutes, or until of a thick syrupy consistency.

Immediately pour syrup over chips and marshmallow and beat until completely smooth and mixture begins to stiffen around edges a little. Add nuts and beat in well.

Pour into 2 8x8x2" baking pans. Chill until very firm. Cut into squares.
Yield: 48 bars
