Brazilian Creams

Recipe Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons corn syrup
2 tablespoons cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup <a href="/nuts/brazilnuts/raw-noshell.html">Chopped Brazil Nuts</a>
1 cup <a href="/driedfruit/ginger-crystalized.html">Crystallized Ginger, finely chopped</a>

Cooking Directions:
1.  Put white and brown sugar, milk, and corn syrup in saucepan. Stir and melt over low heat, then turn up heat and boil.

2.  Remove from stove and cool a bit.

3.  Then add 2 tablespoons cream and the vanilla and beat.

4.  Adds brazil nuts and ginger and beat again until it begins to hold its shape.

5.  Turn into buttered sheet and cut before it is too cold.
