Recipe Ingredients: |

Milk (soy, almond, rice or cow) |
1 Tsp. |
vanilla extract |
2 Tbs. |
chia seeds |

Cooking Directions: |

Combine ingredients. Stir with a fork every 15 minutes or so to break up chia seeds. Ready in 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Can substitute almond extract or maple if desired. Can add cinnamon if desired.
