Chia Pudding

Recipe Ingredients:
1 Cup Milk (soy, almond, rice or cow)
1 Tsp. vanilla extract
2 Tbs. chia seeds
sweetener to taste

Cooking Directions:
1.  Combine ingredients. Stir with a fork every 15 minutes or so to break up chia seeds. Ready in 45 minutes to 1 hour. Can substitute almond extract or maple if desired. Can add cinnamon if desired.
