Place all of the water in a container. Slowly add mix as you blend with your hand wire whip or machine mixer at slow speed. Blend until batter is smooth. Yield aprox. eight 8-inch funnel cakes.

PREPARATION:
1. PLACE funnel cake molds in shallow fryer filled to recommended level with oil heated to 400F.
2. POUR batter into mold from funnel pitcher, starting with a circle of batter near the outer edge of mold, then making zig-zag overlapping design tied into outer edge circle of batter you started with, Do not fill mold since batter expands as it cooks.
3. TURN funnel cake over when golden brown (approx. 30 seconds)
4. TOP with confectionary sugar, yogurt, ice cream , honey, cinnamon, or any kind of your favorite toppings.
