Quinoa Bread for the Bread Machine

Recipe Ingredients:
1 1/8 cup Water (Room Temperature)
1/4 cup Unsalted butter (room temperature)
2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp <a href="/cookingbaking/salts/sea.html">Sea salt</a>
1/2 cup Organic <a href="/cookingbaking/grains/quinoa/flour.html">quinoa flour</a>
2 1/2 cups <a href="/cookingbaking/grains/wheat/white-flour.html">White flour</a>, unbleached
1 1/2 tsp <a href="/cookingbaking/leavenerthickener/yeast.html">Yeast</a>, active dry

Cooking Directions:
1.  Directions: Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine cycle and process on the sweet or basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions. When finished, remove bread from baking pan and let cool for 15 minutes before slicing.

2.  Makes 1-1/2 lb loaf (13 slices).
