Sauteed Mung Beans

Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup <a href="/seedsspices/mungbeans.html">Mung Beans</a>
1 large onion diced
1 tsp ground garlic
1 fistful grounf pork
spinach leaves
salt to taste

Cooking Directions:
1.  Boil the mung beans in two cups water till tender to taste but not mushy (adjust water if necessary).

2.  In a separate kettle, saute garlic, onion and ground pork and salt. When onion is translucent and pork is cooked, mix it into the mung beans.

3.  Turn off. Put in the spinach last and leave the pot uncovered to preserve the greenness of the leaves.
