Cooking Directions: |

Cook pasta according to package directions. Cook chopped onion in olive oil until tender. Cook chicken and shred.

In a bowl, combine light soy sauce, pepper, Splenda and apple cider vinegar. Add oil to soy sauce mixture.

When pasta is fully cooked, drain and spray with cold water until cool.

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and toss until well coated.

Let marinate for several hours or overnight. Keep refrigerated. Enjoy.
