Recipe Ingredients: |
1/4 to 1/2 tsp |
Turmeric |

Dash or Two of Cinnamon |

Sweetener of your choice |

One mug of milk or soy milk or any combination of the two |
Cooking Directions: |

Heat the milk in the microwave.
|

Add the spices and sweetener.
|
3. |
Stir very well with a small wisk. Enjoy!

When you get near the bottom of the mug, swirl the milk around to re-mix the spices. Great on cold evenings.
