Whole Wheat Pastry Flour

Sea Salt

Cornstarch

1 tbsp

Oil

1 cup

Soymilk
|
1 tsp

Lemon Juice or Apple Cider Vinegar

Cooking Directions: |

Stir together soymilk and lemon juice, let stand a few minutes. This makes a dairy free buttermilk.

In a medium bowl, mix together dry ingredients, than add oil and "buttermilk". If more liquid is needed for desired consistency, add water as needed. Blend together until just mixed, careful not to over-mix. Heat on skillet and serve as usual.
