I had never heard of 00 flour before, and I read about it as a great thing to mix with bread flour for pizza crust. Yes, it DID make a difference. Lighter, chewy, tender bite and a deliciously slight crispy bottom on our pizza. Very happy--I knew I could find it at, and I did !
