I mix in a little banana flour with this for pancakes. My local grocery store doesn't carry buckwheat anymore so I'm happy to find it here online.Yvonne, Fairhope, AL

I am diabetic and looking for something that tastes like bread that I can eat on a low carb diet. I found out that buckwheat is not a grain. Haven't tried it yet but looking forward to some tasty experiments. I enjoy you charming logo/mascot and the humor that you inject into your business. I will certainly be taking a look at other products that you offer. Thanks for your good service and pleasant sense of humor!Jean, Green Valley, AZ

It has a good mild taste and is good for. gluten free baking!Sharon, Steamboat Springs, CO
Light and fluffy, great for my gluten free baking! More nutritious that rice, tapioca, other GF flours, too. Packaging easy to get into and scoop out how much you need for a recipe. I'll be buying this again soon.Michelle, Steamboat Springs, CO
Best buckwheat flour on the market. No bitterness and is very fresh like we just milled it!Sherry, Salem, WV
