Health Benefits of Oat Bran
One serving of oat bran offers nine grams of protein and eight grams of dietary fiber—more than double that of regular oatmeal. Oat bran contains vitamin B, which bolsters the circulatory system. One serving offers 78% of the daily recommended value for thiamin. Certain grains such as oat bran also contain iron, more typically found in meats and leafy vegetables. Iron helps oxygen circulate throughout the body and boosts energy. Oatmeal offers less than half the iron that oat bran does.

Quality oat bran in a reasonable quantity at a reasonable price. It's a little finer than I'm used to but it still works well in cereal.Jim, Los Altos, CA
