Organic Tri-Color Quinoa

Prices
Organic tri-color quinoa (red, yellow, and black) was once called “the gold of the Incas” for increasing the stamina of Inca warriors. Quinoa has a light, fluffy texture when cooked, and its mild, slightly nutty flavor makes it an alternative to rice or couscous. Our organic quinoa is grown wild and free of any pesticides and chemicals. This quinoa comes already rinsed and is free of saponin.
How to Cook Tri-Color Quinoa
To cook, mix 1 part quinoa to 2 parts water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Tricolor quinoa is great by itself, mixed with vegetables, in souffles, or in casseroles!
