Our raw Black Sesame Seeds are more rich in flavor than white sesame seeds. Used on fish, salads, breads, and sauces. It is a prominent ingredient in Asian dishes as well. They are rich in manganese, copper, calcium, and iron. These black sesame seeds are unhulled.

Looked the world over and finally found these for Japanese Gomasio...I'll be using them in some of my Far Eastern/African recipes. on salads, and in smoothies for a specked look and great nutty taste. Very cool!

I sprinkle these on everything - pasta, ramen, scrambled eggs, etc. They taste wonderfully nutty and are visually appealing, too.
