I like and eat the organic sliced almonds. I eat them almost daily in salad such as the broccoli slaw with green onions a dressing of sesame seed oil and rice vinegar or olive oil and rice vinegar with a small amount of water and mustard. I also use them in a salad with arugula sliced fennel and shallots and a dressing with olive oil and lemon and a small amount of water and organic lemon ponzu.
