||Pork Chops 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
||cup Black Walnuts
||Granny Smith apples, diced
||cup brown sugar
||tsp Crushed Red Pepper
||Gingerly season both sides of the pork chops with pepper and salt. In a nonstick skillet over medium high heatsear the pork chops on both sides. After searing, lower the heat to medium. Add the black walnuts and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until the pork chops are done, approximately 3-4 minutes.
