Recipe for Chia Muffins

Recipe Ingredients:
1 tbsp  Chia Seeds (Ground)
1 1/2 cup  Whole Wheat Flour
2 tsp  Baking Soda
1/2 tsp  Salt
1 cup  Sweet Potato Puree
1 cup  Unsweetened Apple Sauce
Egg Whites
1/2 cup  Agave Nectar
2 tsp  Lemon Juice
1 tsp  Lemon Zest
1 tbsp  Vanilla
1/2 cup  Dried Cranberries

Cooking Directions:
1.  Mix together wet ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients. Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients.

2.  Scoop into muffin tins and bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
