cup cooked chicken, finely chopped

cup grated swiss cheese

tablespoon flour

eggs, beaten

cup milk

teaspoon brown mustard (hot)

Cooking Directions: |

Mix chicken, Swiss cheese, onion, flour and 1/4 cup of pecans.

Sprinkle into cooled crust.

3.

Mix eggs, milk and mustard and pour over chicken mixture.
|
4.
|
Top with remaining 1/4 cup pecans.
|
5.
|
Bake at 325 F for 50 minutes.
