Cracked Wheat Bread

Recipe Ingredients:
5 cups	Cracked Wheat Bread Mix
1 1/2 cups	Warm Water
2 tbsp	Active Dry Yeast
Cooking Directions:
1.	Add yeast to water and let sit 5 minutes. Add Cracked Wheat Bread Mix and stir till all dry ingredients are wet. Knead till smooth. Cover & let rise 25 minutes. Divide into 2 loaves & place in bread pans. Proof 45-50 minutes.
2.	Bake at 375 to 400 for 30 to 35 minutes.
