Creamy Broccoli Soup

Recipe Ingredients:
4 cups Fresh Broccoli (chopped)
1/2 cup Onion (chopped)
3 cups Boiling Water
1 cup Finely Chopped Celery
2 tbsp Vegetable Soup Base
1/2 tsp Basil (Imported)
1/4 tsp Garlic Salt (Premium)
1/3 cup White Bean Flour

Cooking Directions:
1.  In a large saucepan combine all but the bean flour. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer covered for 15 minutes or until broccoli is tender. In a blender, blend 1/3 of the soup mixture and bean flour at a time until smooth. Return to saucepan and cook an additional 5 minutes. Makes 3 Servings.
