Cooking Directions: |

In saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour, and gradually add milk.

Cook, stirring, until smooth and thick.

Add seasonings and crabmeat.

Fill crab or scallop shells (or casserole), sprinkle with Brazil nuts.

Bake 350 F until golden brown.
