Recipe for Escalloped Crab with Brazil Nuts

Recipe Ingredients:
tablespoons butter
tablespoons flour
cup milk
1/2  teaspoon salt
1/2  teaspoon paprika
tablespoons chopped parsley
tablespoon lemon juice
cups crabmeat
3/4  cups Brazil Nuts, ground

Cooking Directions:
1.  In saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour, and gradually add milk.

2.  Cook, stirring, until smooth and thick.

3.  Add seasonings and crabmeat.

4.  Fill crab or scallop shells (or casserole), sprinkle with Brazil nuts.

5.  Bake 350 F until golden brown.
