||Gluten-Free Brownie Mix
||Butter, at room temperature
||Grease and lightly dust with flour a bundt pan. Preheat oven to 350F.
||Cream butter and sugar using electric mixer. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix in brownie mix, baking powder and milk until well blended. Add enough milk to bring batter to cake batter consistency.
Pour batter into bundt pan and bake about 40 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack for 15 minutes and then turn onto serving platter and continue to cool.
||Chocolate Glaze: In a small microwave mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips, one tablespoon corn syrup, one tablespoon butter, and 1/4 cup milk. Microwave for 35 seconds, then stir until chocolate chips melt. Add one teaspoon vanilla and mix. Cool quickly by placing mixing bowl on ice cubes and stir chocolate glaze. When it starts to thicken, spread over cooled cake. Refrigerate until glaze sets, and enjoy.
