Warm water

Canola oil

Maple syrup or honey

Cooking Directions: |

In a large bowl, combine the flours, soda and cinnamon. In a small bowl combine the water, oil, syrup (or honey) and lemon juice. Stir into the flour mixture.

Pour 1/3 C at a time onto a hot griddle. Cook until brown on each side.

Makes 8 5" pancakes. These can be frozen and heated in a microwave for later use if desired.
