cups Roasted Filberts, finely chopped |

unbaked 8" pie shells |
Cooking Directions: |

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Beat eggs until blended but not frothy.

Add sugar, salt, corn syrup, melted butter and vanilla, mixing to blend.

Stir in nuts.

Divide filling between 2 pie shells. Place in oven and reduce heat to 325 F and bake 50 to 60 minutes.
