Kamut Biscuits

Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup Organic Kamut Flour
1 cup White Flour, Unbleached
1/2 cup Milk Powder (Non-Fat Dry)
1 tsp Sea Salt
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 cup Canola Oil

Cooking Directions:
1.  Preheat oven to 450F. Lightly grease a cookie sheet, set aside.

2.  In a medium bowl stir together all the dry ingredients, add water and oil. Stir until well mixed. Knead in bowl 10-15 times. On a lightly floured surface roll out to 3/4" thickness and cut into 2" squares or diamond or cut with biscuit cutter.

3.  Place biscuits 2" apart on prepared cookie sheet and bake for approximately 8-10 minutes or until golden on top. Servings: 16
