Macadamia Nut Pie

Recipe Ingredients:
3 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup <a href="/nuts/macadamianuts/raw.html">Chopped Macadamia Nuts</a>
1 unbaked pastry for single-crust 8-inch

Cooking Directions:
1.  Thoroughly beat together the eggs, sugar, syrup, butter, and vanilla. Stir in macadamia nuts.

2.  Turn into pastry-lined pie pan.

3.  Bake in over 375 F for 40 to 45 minutes, just until filling is set. Cool on a rack.

4.  Serve while slightly wamr or when completely cooled, topped, if you wish with whipped cream that has been lightly sweetened and flavored with vanilla or with rich vanilla ice cream.
