Cooking Directions: |

Thoroughly beat together the eggs, sugar, syrup, butter, and vanilla. Stir in macadamia nuts.

Turn into pastry-lined pie pan.

Bake in over 375 F for 40 to 45 minutes, just until filling is set. Cool on a rack.

Serve while slightly wamr or when completely cooled, topped, if you wish with whipped cream that has been lightly sweetened and flavored with vanilla or with rich vanilla ice cream.
