Old Fashioned Pecan Pie

Recipe Ingredients:
1lb Brown Sugar
6 Eggs
1 cup Corn Syrup
2 sticks Butter (1/2 lb)
4 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 cups Pecans

Cooking Directions:
1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2.  Melt butter in bowl and add brown sugar, 6 eggs, corn syrup and vanilla. Cream well. Add half of pecans to mixture and mix well.

3.  Pour into pie shell and add enough pecans to make a design on top.

4.  Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or a little less. Put on a rack to cool.

5.  This recipe makes filling for 3 pies. For 6 pies, double ingredients.
