Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal

Submitted by: Adam

Recipe Ingredients:
3/4 cup Rolled Oats
3/4 cup Water
3/4 cup Milk
1 Banana (small)
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
1-2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Dash of Salt
Honey (to taste)

Cooking Directions:
1.  Combine oats, liquid, and salt in a medium saucepan and bring to boil. Cook about 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. You may cook the oatmeal longer if you prefer a dryer consistency.

2.  While the oatmeal is cooking, slice banana into a medium bowl and mash with a fork. Pour cooked oatmeal into bowl and mix till the banana is fully incorporated. Add peanut butter and submerge into oatmeal, allowing it to melt.

3.  Stir, and add optional ingredients if desired.

4.  Serves 1 hungry person.
