Cooking Directions: |

Combine apples and sugar in a bowl. Beat egg and oil together and add to apples. Combine dry ingredients and add to apple mixture. Mix well. Stir in pecans and vanilla. Pour batter into a greased 8-inch square baking pan and cook in a 350o F oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve with ice cream or vanilla
