Pecan Tassies

Recipe Ingredients:
3 ounces softened cream cheese
1 cup flour
1 large egg
1 cup <a href="/nuts/pecans/natural-out-oftheshell.html">Georgia Pecans</a>
1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Cooking Directions:
1.  Crust: Cream together cream cheese, margarine and flour. Chill for 1 hour. Roll into 1 inch balls and put in tins. (Use muffin/cupcakes tins, no paper cups needed.) Press into the shape of the tins. Sprinkle the bottom of each tassie with pecans (using

2.  Filling: Mix well - brown sugar, egg and vanilla. Fill each tassie 2/3 full of batter. Sprinkle with remaining pecan. Bake at 350o for 23 min. Cool and remove from tins.
