Recipe Ingredients:

cups chicken broth

large carrot

stalks celery

tbsp olive oil

cup slivered cabbage

Cooking Directions: |

Olive oil in little pot, then cut onions, carrots and celery,place in pot and saute till tender.

Add broth, <a href="/cookingbaking/grains/quinoa/white.html">quinoa</a>, salt and pepper the cover and cook aprox 25 min.
